Valid for one way, round trip, circle trip and open jaw travel on TAM flights (JJ) involving all cities within Brazil. This pass can be used when international travel is with ANY carrier for which TAM has a MITA agreement with (Multilateral Interline Traffic Agreement) 

NOTE: This air pass is not permitted if the International segment into Brazil is on AR, XL or 4M

Book in "Q" class - Fare Basis QBR2PAST

All sectors must be confirmed before departure.

In the case booking classes above are not available, the following classes will be permitted with a charge.
Booking class "W" may be booked on "L" class or "L" class may be booked in "V" class at a charge of USD80.00 per coupon.
Booking class "W" may be booked in "V" class at a charge of USD160.00 per coupon.
'TAM BAP' must be noted in the reservation as an OSI remark. 

Children: No discounts apply. Children must purchase the Adults air pass fare

Infants not occupying a seat: Pay 10% of the Adults air pass fare

Minimum Stay: None

Maximum Stay: 30 Days counting from departure of the first sector

The Baggage allowance for the domestic segments covered by the Brazilian air pass will be the same as permitted on the international route.

In the event of excess baggage, 1% of the full economy fare for the sector involved will be charged. 

All tickets to be issued from 27 March 2010 until further notice.

Only one air pass may be purchased in conjunction with each international ticket.

The air pass is to be issued on Hahn Air ticket stock only.

The air pass ticket must contain the international ticket number into Brazil and must be on a separate ticket.

Tickets are non-endorsable. All flights must be confirmed at the time of ticketing and waitlists are not permitted.

'TAM BAP/NON END' must be noted in the endorsment/restriction box.

Fare Basis: WBR2PAST, LBR2PAST, VBR2PAST, QBR2PAST

A "STOPOVER" occurs when the passenger remains at an intermediate point or airport for over 4 hours. Each stopover is considered a destination point

A "CONNECTION" occurs when a passenger departs the intermediate point or airport within the 4-hour time-frame. A maximum of two connections is permitted per flight coupon

1. OW/RT/CT/OJ trips are permitted

2. The same sector may not be flown more than once in the same direction, except for a connection.

3. The same city may not be used as an origin and/or destination more than once, except for in connection.

4. The trip can only be made on flights operated by JJ.

5. Surface does not count as a coupon

NOTE: Ciudad del Este/Paraguai (AGT) can also be considered as part of the TAM Brazilian Air pass 2010 using JJ* or PZ flights since this city is considered to be part of the region incorporated in Foz do Iguacu.

Rebooking (date changes), permitted:

* Changes made more than 24 hours before original flight - no penalty

* Changes made within 24 hours or after the original flight - USD30.00

Rerouting is not permitted.

Before departure: Cancellation fee of USD100.00 applies

After departure: No refund applies.
